**IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING PARTS DEPARTMENT**

 

We understand that with the start of camping season you are eager to get your trailer in tip-top condition.  We want to help you get there.  However, due to the ongoing COVID pandemic we ask that you abide by the following guidelines:

 

Due to the traffice on the VERY LOUD HIGHWAY that Heidi's is on, we CANNOT discuss parts with you at our door.  We want to keep our staff and customers safe, so we ask that you phone, text or email your inquiry.  Our experienced Parts department are very good at figuring out which part you need, and they can provide you with the price as well.  We welcome you to provide us with pictures of the parts needed.

As you can understand, this is the busiest time of year for our Parts department.  Please allow a MINIMUM of 30 minutes for us to get your part ready.  Even better, to avoid any frustration, we will gladly contact you when your part is available.
